Sounds like you've run out of IRQ's. After first run wait 30 seconds then run again, if negative try either reboot or a quick disk check without fixes.Edit: I just downloaded ASU and this is what I get.Is same result (see attachment). Might be worth downloading the ISO from digitalriver (MS agent) and try again.
