Everything was error, error, error, and it was stressing me out really bad. the once secondary (now primary) failed the same way. I think there was simply a compatibility issues between the Toshiba disk creator and the used disks. Try lowering the burn speed from Auto/Max to 10/24 and burn your CD/DVD/Blu-Ray (use half the max speed supported by the media). 5.
Can you try with better media? I already had the IMAPI service disabled.
