I figured out if I click Start and type MMC I get a MMC in Programs at the top of my Start menu. All submitted content is subject to our Terms of Use. It fixed it. do you have any other suggestions? check over here

  6. I did try to start the Print Spooler service again but got the same error as the previous post.

I already uninstalled all of the HP Deskjet and Officejet software using its uninstallers, and I force uninstalled it all again using RevoProUninstaller. The Services panel should open and you can then find the "Print Spooler" service there.. I tried to figure out how to get to Print Management.
