If I remove the seperation clutch it pulls paper just fine, but with it installed it gets a 13.1 there is no sound indicating that it is too tight. Just follow the wires that run into the square box with gears on the right side of the plate. When you powered the printer on, it just started feeding blank pages out of tray 2 continuously. It's not the clutch on the sep roller and it's not the paper tray itself.
