Printer Error 31000 Parallels
There is no specific resolution to this error. If anyone can help, I would appreciate any suggestions. Does Parallels have an answer? - It is HP Postscript driver.
- Start Windows and try printing some document using "HP Color LaserJet 8500 PS" (it's generic driver that's being used for printing from the Virtual Machine to any Mac OS compatible printer).

However, the error message suggests that CUPS (the Mac OS X print subsystem) tries to run the printjob through either pstopdffilter (a utility that converts PostScript to PDF) or through pstocupsraster At least it responded with paper. You should first enable LogLevel debug (edit /private/etc/cups/cupsd.conf and restart the CUPS print service).
