- I saw that after the tray is closed, the tray sometimes moves up over the gear that turns to raise the paper in place.

- I reconnected the old one without mounting it and you can see the motor turning as it attempts to lift the paper.

They move freely and appear to be in their correct positions and alignment, but I could be mistaken. Just lift up on it to get it off the side cover. I find paper jam in the tray 2 and when I remove it from the tray , an error message disappeared.
